What do I need to use OutfitWatch?
An iPhone with iOS 17 or later, paired with an Apple Watch. Some faces are only offered on recent watch models; OutfitWatch suggests only the ones your watch can show.
The face does not appear on my watch. What should I do?
- Fully close the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap Get it in the Watch app again: the add sheet only appears when the app opens.
- If OutfitWatch says the face has not finished downloading, wait a moment with your watch nearby and on its charger, then send it again.
- If a face is not on your watch yet, open the Face Gallery in the Apple Watch app, find it and tap Get, then come back to OutfitWatch.
Why does the face look slightly different on my watch?
Previews in the app are drawn by OutfitWatch to show you the result before you add it. The face on your watch is the real one, drawn by watchOS, with your own data in the complications.
How does the subscription work?
OutfitWatch is available with a monthly or yearly subscription, billed through your Apple ID. It includes up to three outfit analyses a day. The price is shown in the app, in your currency, before you subscribe.
To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
I changed iPhone. How do I get my subscription back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open OutfitWatch, go to Profile and tap Restore purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my photo stored?
No. It is sent securely for analysis and is not kept by OutfitWatch. Details are in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Your faces, profile and history are stored only on your iPhone: delete a face from your library, or delete the app to remove everything. For anything else, write to us.
